Hoarder Houses

A hoarder house is one that has been filled with stuff which is important to the Hoarder. This can manifest itself as anything from empty cans, news papers and rubbish or things which are more curios.

The difference between a Hoarder’s house and a Collector’s house is generally the presentation and level of care taken of the items.

Dealing with a Hoarder’s house can be a lot more challenging as generally their items of interest are either indistinguishable from or mixed in with waste material.

These two descriptions are often used interchangeably but while they have similarities, they shouldn’t be confused.

We can handle all manner of hoarder houses with sensitivity and discretion.
