Clearance and Probate Fees

Clearance Charges

Our fees are clear and transparent

We reduce our waste charges against saleable items with a value.

We charge:

  • Full Van load – £480
  • Half Van load – £270
  • Quarter Van load – £160
  • Single item – £60

Some items incur additional costs these are:

Per item Charge
  • Mattresses -£40
  • Gas Cylinders and Tanks -£10
  • Persistent Organic Pollutants -£25
  • Fridges and Freezers £75
  • Pianos – £100
  • AGAs and Rayburns -£75

All waste charges can be reduced by offsetting waste against salvageable items.

This is an example of how we can reduce your clearance costs.

If your clearance works out at three full vans, at £480 per van, that’s £1,440.

We then reduce that by anything we can recycle or rehome. If we assume a 20% offset this brings it down to £1,152.

If there are items of value, such as jewellery, our specialist buyers can make an offer. For example, £300 would bring your total down to £852.

That’s £588 off your clearance, without having to do anything different.

This is just an example, but yours could go even lower.
