We go through everything and clear what needs to go.
That can be furniture, general contents, rubbish, or anything that’s been left behind.
As we work through, anything with value is picked out and dealt with separately. Where items can be sold or reused, that’s taken into account against the cost of the clearance.
The rest is removed and taken away, leaving the space empty and ready to use again.
We’re used to different types of access and properties, so it’s not usually an issue.
