If a tenant’s left a property full of stuff or in a bad state, we’ll clear it and get it ready for the next let.
That usually means furniture, rubbish, appliances, anything left behind. Sometimes it’s one room, sometimes it’s the whole place.
We go through it properly. Anything salvageable gets set aside. If it can be reused or sold, we deal with it accordingly. The rest is cleared and taken away.
If there’s anything of reusable, we take that into account, so you’re not paying to remove things that still have use.
Once we’re done, the place is empty and ready to go again.
